Follow-Up Treatment....$75
Chinese Herbal Medicines...it varies, but on average $15-$35.
Regular treatments are key to a successful outcome, therefore I have two options to help
keep costs low and to best serve the needs of my patients.
Pre-pay Packages:
3 follow up treatments...$202.50 (10% discount)
5 follow up treatments...$319.25 (15% discount)

confirm your acupuncture benefits. The patient is responsible for any services that the
policy does not cover. If you would like to bill your insurance company, please bring your
insurance information to the first appointment.
